The Carter County Commissioners met on Monday, June 06, 2020 in the Carter County Courthouse Boardroom, present were Steve Rosencranz, Chairman, Rod Tauck, Vice Chair and Mike Watkins member. Commissioner Rosencranz called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM.
Charlene Reddig "Fritz" from senator Daines office called to cancel his visit scheduled for this afternoon. She will schedule a call in with Daines and the commissioners for this afternoon.
The commissioners signed the State of Montana Surplus property agreement and resolution.
Commissioner Watkins made a motion to approve the meeting minutes, with corrections, for the June 30, 2020 meeting. Commissioner Tauck seconded the motion. There was no public comment and the motion carried.
Commissioner Tauck made a motion to approve and send email to designate Corbit Harrington as the County's authorized agent. Commissioner Watkins seconded the motion. There was no public comment and the motion carried.
OAC meeting #19
Present: Kelly Axmann, Cody Taggert, Casey Conney, John Neisner, Robert Johnson, Georgia Bruski, Troy Fruit, Pam Castleberry, Chet Price. On the phone Scott Cromwell and Greg Benjamin
Safety: Robert sending out an email reminding the subcontractors the rules and regulations regarding safety rules.
Action item: Owner re invited commissioners to procore.
Design team Builders set of drawings. Scott and Kelly and the MEP consultants are working on getting the building set by the end of the week. Pneumatic tube system and the above ground propane tanks will be included in the builder set. South Canopy Trusses are a go ahead.
Commissioner Tauck made a motion to sign Contract amendment to include commissioning. Commissioner Watkins seconded the motion. There was no public comment and the motion carried.
Pam presented the commissioners with Resolution 07062020-1 to increase commissioner's office hours and salary. The commission signed the resolution.
Contractor: Fireplace will be sending a design to get pricing on to issue an RFP.
ASI: PT room to be issued as ASI to get pricing.
RFI: #14 Headwall, working on location of boxes. RFI #15 Metal hat vs 1-5/8 stud.
Submittals metal wall panels stairs, door hardware.
Clarifications/Issues: need to finalize PT gym ASI and get pricing, Changing Exterior concrete at well house, eliminating generator pad. 8' sidewalk at gravel road on the south side of the building.
Action Items for next OAC meeting. Card access, Fob vs Keyed.
