WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU IF WE CAN, HOWEVER WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED, BY LAW, TO HELP IN SPECIFIC WAYS

SOME OF THINGS THAT WE CAN HELP WITH:
WE CAN explain and answer questions about how courts work.
WE CAN tell you what is required according to procedure in your case.
WE CAN give you information from your file.
WE CAN give you copies of Court Forms that are available.
WE CAN usually give you information about court deadlines.

SOME OF THINGS THAT WE CANNOT HELP WITH:
WE CANNOT give you any legal advice. Only an attorney can give legal advice.
WE CANNOT tell you whether or not you should bring your case to court.
WE CANNOT discuss or speculate about what decision the judge might make
WE CANNOT recommend an attorney.
WE CANNOT talk to the Judge for you about your case.
WE CANNOT let you talk to the Judge outside of the Courtroom, this can only occur during Open Court after a Motion is filed.
WE CANNOT change an order issued by the Judge.
WE CANNOT explain Orders of The Court.
WE CANNOT tell you or suggest to you what words to use in court papers
WE CANNOT change an order signed by the judge or reschedule or continue a court date
WE CANNOT fill in any forms for you
WE CANNOT conduct any legal research on your behalf
